How long is my membership in the I.D. Program?
A: Memberships are valid for the calendar year, regardless of your date of acceptance; your membership will expire on 12/31 of that year. However, we usually begin a renewal process in late November.
 
Q: When is the annual renewal process?
A: Membership renewals are typically in late November. Be sure to check the micro site the last two weeks of November for details on renewing your membership.
 
Q: What are the different contracts within the Program?
A: Elites, Coaches, Industry Pros, Trainers, Stories, Race Directors, and Media. Many members fit into many different categories, but one sponsorship contract is offered.
 
Q: What are the qualifications for the elite division?
A: Generally speaking, Olympic Trials qualifying times, top 5 at a USTAF national championship, a USAT ranking of 100 or higher for men or 95 or higher for women, or performances above and beyond the standard elite times. 
 
Q: Do I get a uniform with my contract?
A: Elites are issued a uniform kit. Other contracts have specific incentives, but generally speaking, other members will need to use their free product credits to order the current uniform.
 
Q: Do Triathletes receive a uniform?
A: No, we don’t currently have a triathlon specific uniform, but we request that you screen Brooks on your uniform kit and wear Brooks shoes to train and compete in.
 
Q: Where do I go to buy discounted product?
A: www.brooksrunning.com/idaccount. You should have a login and password to access the pro level pricing.
 
Q: How do I use my free product code?
A: Once you’ve selected the items you wish to order you will redeem the code in the “Gift Certificate” box on the billing screen at checkout. Be sure NOT to redeem the code in the promo code box on the shopping cart page – it will not work!
 
Q: Can I purchase product for friends and family members?
A: No, the discount is for you alone. However, we will have at least one annual friends and family sale in late Nov/early Dec and possible an additional sale in the summer.
 
 Q: When will the new season’s gear be up on the pro site?
A: We have two apparel seasons at Brooks – Spring and Fall. The Spring apparel should be available online in late January and the Fall season in mid-July.
 
Q: If I’m accepted into the Brooks ID program, can I still be a Wear Tester? 
A: Yes, and in fact often times priority is given to I.D. Members for wear testing projects.  The application is available under "Forms".
 
Q: Where are the Wear Tester and/or the Positive Media Exposure applications? 
A: There is a link to both the Wear Tester and PME applications under the “Forms” tab on the menu bar.
 
Q: Where can I find the Brooks logo to screen for my event, or download for my website?
A: Both an EPS and JPEG file of the Brooks logo are available under “Forms” on the website.
 
Q: How do I volunteer to help at a Brooks event?
A: I will send emails when we need help at your area events – don’t worry, we’ll be in touch J
 
Q: Will there be a camp in 2012? 
A:  No, with increased focus on the PR Invitational and the Olympic Trials in Houston and Eugene Brooks energies and funds will be spent there. However, if you can make any or all of these events we will have fun surprises and parties for you!
 
Q: Can I get a comp’d entry into a Rock n Roll race?
A: If you have a planned RnR race, you can request an entry from Steve, but there are no guarantees.  We will give them on a first come - first serve basis.
